How long is UltrahumanX valid for?
Your UltrahumanX plan will be valid for a year from the time of purchase.
What products are covered under UltrahumanX?
It applies to all primary products of the Ultrahuman platform—M1, Ring (R1) and Ring AIR.
How does extended coverage work?
Your standard warranty will be extended to cover accidental damages, theft and loss on all Ultrahuman manufactured products only.
How do replacements work?
For the Ultrahuman M1, we will replace up to two sensors per year if the CGM sensor is accidentally damaged during transit or in the rare event of a faulty sensor. For any additional faulty sensors, we will issue a refund for the amount paid and arrange for their return.
For Ring (R1) or Ring AIR, depending on the issue (e.g. manufacturing defect), we may choose to repair or replace the product. The Ring can be replaced one time under the annual UltrahumanX coverage.
How do I utilise trade-in options?
This applies to the Ring (R1) product only. With UltrahumanX, get more value when you trade in the Ultrahuman R1 for the Ring AIR.
What is the member-only special price?

How can I get special prices now that I’m an UltrahumanX user?
Go to the Ultrahuman app and log in with the email ID you used to purchase Ultrahuman X. Tap on the “Buy Sensors” button on the Metabolism tab to see your member-exclusive prices for Ultrahuman M1.
Can I extend my UltrahumanX plan?
While we are setting up more ways to do this, you can extend your UltrahumanX plan by repurchasing it within 15 days of expiry.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We will issue a full refund if the plan isn’t used and the cancellation request is within 60 days of purchase. For all other cases, we will cancel your plan by the end of the term, which will be non-refundable.
I lost my Ring. How can I claim my replacement?
In the unfortunate case that you lost your ring, you can claim a replacement so long as you're eligible. You should be eligible if you have bought the UltrahumanX coverage plan with the ring or separately within 30 days of your ring order. To file your claim, simply reach out to our support team, and help them validate the theft or loss incident with supporting documents.
